" A
Special Occasion...... Deserves A Special
Invitation"
FAQ`s
We hope the following helps answer your
stationery questions
"When should I order my stationery?"
We would recommend that you order your stationery at least 3 months
before you wish to send your invitations out.
Please note that our diary gets extremely busy January - May so we would
advise ordering as soon as you can to avoid disappointment.
Due to our flexibility we may be able to accommodate late orders.
"When should I send my invitations out?"
For a summer wedding as it is peak holiday season it is recommended you send them out 3-5
months in advance. This is also true of weddings which fall on a week
day or Bank Holiday. Save the Date cards are a good idea as these can be sent up to one year in advance to enable guests to reserve the date in their diary.
"Who Should the wedding invitations come from?"
Traditionally it is the duty of the brides parents to send the invitations. However it is becoming increasingly popular for the bridal couple to send them
"How do I choose a design?"
Your invitation is the first
glimpse that your guests have of the style of your wedding so it is important that you get it right. Consider your colour theme, the tone of your wedding; will it be a traditional affair or something more contemporary?
We will be happy to work with you to create your perfect Design.
"What stationery do I need?"
We offer a complete range of
stationery from Save the date cards and invitations through to table plan
and Order of Service. We will be happy to help discuss your stationery
requirements and advise where necessary. Do check with your venue to see if they
include any stationery items however please remember these will not be
co-ordinated
to the rest of your wedding stationery.
"How many should I order?"
It is advisable to compile a comprehensive guest list as it will show how many singles / couples / families you would like to invite (only one invite per couple / family is needed). We recommend that you order 2 or 3 extra
invitations however should you require any more at a later date then they
can be ordered as and when needed.
For the Order of Service make sure that you cater for the vicar, best man, bridesmaids, choir, organist, yourselves and the congregation for which the general rule is one between two
