Samples & Ordering

 

If you are unable to visit the studio a sample service is available so that you can physically see and feel the quality of our work.
The cost is the price of the invitation plus postage and packaging.
Please contact us with the design/s you require (maximum 3)
We will also need your wedding date as it is important that we have availability to fulfil an order in the timescale you require should you wish to go ahead. Subject to this we will then forward payment details.
Upon receipt of payment we will endeavour to design and post your samples to you within 5 working days.
(During busy times this may increase).

How to order with No9 Designs

We only take so many bookings per year therefore please contact us to check diary availability in the first instance.
Once a date has been agreed we will reserve it for 7 days whilst you complete an order form. We will email this to you.

We recommend ordering all items of stationery that you require with the minimum guaranteed quantities for on the day items such as place names. You can always increase these nearer the time but it enables us to secure a further diary slot closer to your wedding date for such items. Please note we will not require information for these until much nearer the time.

Return your order form to us with a deposit of 50% of the total order value.
Payment can be made by bank transfer our company account details will be provided.

Upon receipt you will receive confirmation of your booking.
We then work with you to design a proof set. This will be emailed to you to check and amend.
Once final approval has been given work will commence on your stationery on the date allocated.
An email will be sent to you with photographs of your order once finished and the remaining balance will need to be paid before despatch or collection.
